Cuando quieran ponerlo en los posts simplemente copian la direccion y le dan click donde dice Insertar Archivo SWF ponen el link y ya.
NOTA: Hay otros métodos que mas bien ponen dejar de seguir usuario, otros necesitan camstasia u otros programas.
