Joan Miró nació en Barcelona, Catalunya, el 20 de Abril de 1893 y murió en Palma de Mallorca, Baleares el 25 de Diciembre de 1983. Fué Pintor, Escultor, Grabador y Ceramista. Considerado uno de los máximos representantes del Surrealismo.
